Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance

1. Adding a warranty to your purchase can offer added assurance. If the product doesn't perform as anticipated over its lifespan and you have purchased our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, you may be eligible for a replacement covering the item cost, excluding shipping.

   • This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or if the product is no longer manufactured.

   • “Lifetime” refers to the period the product remains in production.
   • The warranty may be withdrawn without prior notice.
2. To activate your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Capture a photo or video clearly showing the item.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Upload the image or video attachment.
3. Once a replacement is authorized, we will inform you within 48 hours.
