From time to time, items are sent back to us because they cannot be delivered.
- Various factors can lead to a package being returned as undeliverable:
- The address provided may be incorrect or no longer valid. Typically, the carrier will hold the package for a certain duration before sending it back to us. Make sure to verify the address thoroughly when placing your order.
- If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We will assess the possibility of sending a replacement, but please keep in mind that it’s not guaranteed since all sales are final and refunds are not available.
- If you provided the wrong shipping address and reached out to us prior to shipping, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We’ll find the best way to address the issue and resolve it effectively!

- If it’s merely a typo, like Loa Angeles, CA, 90210, your local post office may still recognize the correct address. Please reach out to them for help.
- If the street name, zip code, or city is incorrect, we’ll reach out to your local post office to request the necessary corrections. If that’s not feasible, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

- Our system may not understand the format of the entered address, or the package may have been assigned to a carrier unable to deliver there.
- The address provided is restricted. If the order is sent to a prison or similar institution, there may be specific delivery restrictions for the products and carrier.
- The delivery attempt by the carrier was unsuccessful. Typically, most carriers will try to deliver the package multiple times. If they still cannot deliver it, they will send it back to us.
- The delivery was rejected by the recipient. A person receiving a gift who is unaware of it may decline the package if they think it was sent to them by mistake.
