Late Deliveries

1. The majority of packages are delivered promptly, though some may arrive slightly after the expected date.
   1. Reasons for delivery delays may include the following factors:
      1. Errors in address details or missing information such as apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
         1. If the address in your Order Confirmation is correct, please check Shipping and Delivery.
         2. If the shipping address in the Order Confirmation is incorrect, we’re unable to make changes after shipment.

      2. Severe weather events
         1. Unfavorable weather conditions like storms, tsunamis, tornadoes, snowstorms, heat waves, etc can invariably cause delivery delays. Just like any other company, couriers also have trouble delivering their products during such bad weather. You can stay updated on the weather through local news channels. If your local post office is reporting an inclement weather condition, there is a higher chance of your delivery being later than usual. We ask for your kind understanding on this unfavorable matter.
      3. International customs procedures
         1. If your package is held in customs, please allow additional time for clearance.
